Los Lirios de Chirinos Peru Cajamarca

Sisters Silvia and Nancy Lizana, fourth generation coffee farmers, recruited six other women in Chirinos to form a cooperative in order to ensure continued economic benefits to their farms. All their coffee is hand-picked, washed, then dried on covered raised beds, helping to continue their family’s farming tradition of being in harmony with the environment.
