ELENA VÁSQUEZ’ farm at La Cienaga in Ituango, Antioquia comprises roughly 8,000 coffee trees, of Caturra, Variedad Colombia, and Castillo varietals. In this harvest brought to us by importer Juan Carlos at Arango Specialty Coffee, you’ll find prominent notes of dried peach, subtle walnut, with an oolong tea finish.
